Responsibilities & Context:
Information Technology
Supervise and implement timely IT, equipment, and office technology support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage and monitor organizational email systems, including user accounts, access permissions, backups, spam control, and compliance with communication policies to ensure secure and smooth operations.
Administer Microsoft 365 services by managing user accounts, licenses, access and security settings, providing basic user support and training, and monitoring system usage to support effective collaboration.
Supervise ERP-based inventory management processes, including monitoring stock levels, validating supply requirements, approving procurement actions, and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of supplies.
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the ERP system to support inventory, administrative, and reporting functions, while coordinating with vendors
Coordinate with the UK team for upgrades, troubleshooting, and support, and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational data protection policies and international standards related to confidential and sensitive information.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity practices, including system vulnerability checks, data protection protocols, and incident response procedures.
Authorize and monitor IT equipment purchase orders in compliance with organizational policies, procurement procedures, and approved budgets.
Ensure data security, proper access controls, and basic IT compliance standards are maintained.
Ensure that IT systems and data management practices align with safeguarding principles and ethical standards.
Administration
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract monitoring, service delivery evaluation, and cost optimization.
Approve and review periodic inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to improve accuracy and accountability.
Guide the effective use and continuous improvement of inventory and IT management systems to support automated workflows and data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT services, maintenance, and administrative support.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and safe disposal
Perform any other IT and administrative duties assigned by management in line with organizational needs.
