∎ Masters in Commerce background Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in NGO projects).

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
∎ Experience with accounting software will be given preference.
∎ Must be honest, hardworking, and responsible.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage the organization's budget, Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as per donor requirement·
∎ Conduct daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.·
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.·
∎ Communicate financial information effectively with management, board members, donor and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
