- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, graphic design, or digital content creation. (Experience in the NGO, development, or humanitarian sector will be preferred.)
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Canva and other design-related tools. Basic knowledge in video editing software is required. Strong photography skills and understanding of composition and lighting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with social media management and content publishing. Language Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Bangla.
- Personal Attributes: Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to frequently travel to field locations. Commitment to humanitarian values and organizational mission.
Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities:
Design and Creative Content Development
- Design posters, banners, brochures, plaques, leaflets, infographics, and awareness materials using Canva or other design tools.
- Create visually appealing communication materials and presentations aligned with organizational branding guidelines.
- Develop programme visual materials for events, fundraising and advocacy initiatives.
Social Media and Digital Content Support
- Assist in developing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, captions, and visual assets.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements.
Storytelling and Documentation
- Collect field information and convert it into compelling human-interest stories.
- Draft success stories, case studies, donor updates, and narrative reports.
- Support documentation of programme achievements and beneficiary impact.
Photography and Videography
- Capture high-quality photographs during field visits, events, and programme activities.
- Assist in recording short videos during programme activities.
- Organize and maintain a structured photo and video archive.
- Perform basic editing of photos and videos using appropriate software.
Communication and Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing annual reports, donor reports, and communication updates.
- Review materials for quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.
Coordination and Administrative Support
- Coordinate with programme teams to gather information and field content.
- Maintain communication files, templates and creative assets.
- Support logistical arrangements for communication-related activities and events.
