  • Age 27 to 40 years

a. Able to carry out Book Keeping, monthly and quarterly report making using computerized accounting software.

b. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with head Office, Government, NGOs and donors in need.

c. Having good understanding on preparing budget, budget analysis for budget controlling.

d. Able to provide monitoring and follow-up on project financial transaction and documentation.

e. Good facilitation and presentation skills specially for arranging training/workshops for project staff on financial issues. 

f. Able to work in team and have coordination skills.

g. Good Communication skills (written and verbal) in Bengali and English.

h. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.

i. Have good computer knowledge on– Accounting Software- such as Quick Book, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet as well as typing both Bengali and English.

j. Good understanding of Government/NBR rules regarding TAX and VAT.

k. At least 2-3 years working experience in relevant position with experience with any development organizations.



Responsibilities & Context:

To perform professional level work in the maintenance, analysis, interpretation and management of financial accounting data as per donor and Govt. requirement. This includes the preparation and posting of various journals, ledgers and accounts, analysis and presentation of financial data, and preparation of financial statements and expenditure reports, review and approval of various vouchers and invoices for payment, analyzing budget requirements and controls, preparing payroll data, allocation of funds to various accounts or functions, and other similar activities. Overall to ensure financial records, transparency and that all responsibilities are carried out efficiently and according to the organization`s rules and regulations.
