∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Building
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Materials Received as per MRF & PO due to ensure quantity and quality.
∎ Proper store material with lock and key, supervise for reduction of wastage.
∎ All necessary documents (Store Ledger, register book, Filling) timely updating and send to H/O.
∎ Confirm safety and security about all kinds of materials (Fixed Asset).
∎ Monthly stock report, Data report, and Petty cash maintain properly.
∎ Proper Utilize fixed Assets and control minimum wastage.
∎ Handed Over Closing Report Submit.
∎ Material accountability and transparency through various registers and reports
∎ Stack all materials systematically with proper safety & security.
∎ Ensure materials issue at site in the right time and right way and also confirm actual consumption.
∎ Visit whole project randomly to minimize wastage and ensure maximum usage of materials.
∎ Ensure cleaning of Project – inside and periphery
∎ Receive materials for optional or modification work provided by clients and maintain its accountability.
∎ Submit “Surplus Materials” list and liaison with purchase Dept. and inventory dept.
∎ Prepare monthly Scrap Sale Report.
∎ Ensure fixed asset Code Numbering.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skill.
