Responsibilities & Context:
· Maintain daily accounts, ledger postings, vouchers, and financial records
· Prepare and maintain payable and receivable reports on time.
· Monitor and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and inter-company transactions on a regular basis.
· Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
· Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements
· Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
· Maintain ERP/Accounting Software entries accurately and timely
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records and supporting documents.
· Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
