Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project implementation, coordination, timely communication and information sharing.
∎ Logistic Management·
∎ Staff Capacity development and quality assurance·
∎ Data Management and Analysis·
∎ Reporting.
∎ Ensure support in managing the projects.·
∎ Attend training/orientation as and when asked by the organization/ project management and participate in meetings, workshops and other events organized by other stakeholders and represent the project.
∎ Develop monthly report on progress and achievement of each individual component.
∎ Look after the administrative issues and logistics, supply chain and funds from the head office and monitor project implementation.
∎ Provide on-site technical support in health facilities.
∎ Prepare Purchase Request, ensure submission in timely manner and follow up with Procurement.·
∎ Identifying gaps in day-to-day field program, trouble shooting, risk management and mitigation.
∎ Ensure staff capacity development through TNA and develop capacity building plans for the service providers.
∎ Provide inputs in improving quality of care to all services and project related activities.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring of project staff.
∎ Assist in analyzing data of the program activities, documentation and maintain records.
∎ Regularly review data/performance statistics; share as appropriate and use the data for improvement the programs and assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual program reports.
∎ Coordinate and support work planning, budgeting, and reporting. Prepare & organize monthly expenditures as per budget & according to operation plan.
∎ Ensure coordination with local authority and stakeholder.
∎ Support to organize and facilitate planning and monitoring meetings with different stakeholders.
∎ Create a friendly working environment for all staff members and ensure appropriate learning culture adhering to all PSEA and safeguarding issues.
∎ Ensure all assigned staff adheres to PSEA and safeguarding policies.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities when assigned by the organization/ project management.
∎ Must have 4 years of MBBS Degree with MPH from reputed Medical College or University.
∎ Minimum 03 years of professional experience particularly in the NGO sector.
∎ Willingness to work in a team, and a proven track record of building trust within team.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reporting skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in hardship environments.
∎ Willingness and flexible to travel to field frequently.
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perceptions along with safeguarding policies.
∎ Excellent computer literacy especially in MS Office application.
∎ Good communication, facilitation, and motivational skills.
∎ Good hand in writing both narrative and quantitative reports.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
