Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Masters in Social Science /Agricultural Sciences /Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of Integrated Farm Management, Farmer Field Schools (IFM-FFS) and agroforestry project of UNDP in three selected Upazilas of Cox's Bazar.
∎ Monitor the field activities and then fit the staff accordingly while leading the assignment and control.
∎ Provide market development support to Market Development Facilitator.
∎ Provide administrative support and financial assistance support to Upazila Organiser and Programme Assistant (Admin & Finance).
∎ Periodic meetings with various heads/leads e.g. Project Lead, M&E and Finance to oversee the field implementation and tracking of the project activities and timeline,
∎ Ensure the financial transparency and accountability of the project to UNDP.
∎ Liaison with project stakeholders and support accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience in Farmer Field School/related management structure and experience in project team recruitment according to project needs
∎ Track record in overall monitoring and taking lead of project components, project staff and timelines.
∎ Track record on networking and coordinating with institutional representatives, field level officers and senior level management
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station
Salary: Tk. 135000 - 142331 (Monthly)
