Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Engineering;
∎ Candidates with a Master’s degree will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise multiple project teams under WASH, Waste management and Energy clusters;
∎ Manage contracts with implementing partners and their staff at different levels to ensure their deliverables;
∎ Coordinate municipal level project implementation process in close collaboration with municipal representatives and staff;
∎ Build local level network with other NGOs, community organizations, banks, private sector and other financial institutions;
∎ Track project expenditure against respective deliverables and manage budget;
∎ Support development of Strategic Business Plan (SBP) under the change ambitions of “Cities Fit for People” and “Energy that Transforms”;
∎ Regular budget tracking for on-time delivery and efficient award management;
∎ Create synergies between multiple projects for a better programmatic approach;
∎ Maintain liaison with development partners and donor agencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the development sector (preferably in urban sanitation, waste management);
∎ Experience in working with local government while implementing WASH/waste management projects will be considered as an advantage;
∎ Excellent facilitation, coordination, team management, reporting and presentation skill;
∎ Ability to work and lead a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines;
∎ Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application;
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills;
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team;
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 150000 (Monthly)
