Job Context:
∎ NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice is an international organisation based in Bangladesh and Germany. We seek a new colleague for the position of "Programme Manager" for our Education Programme Team. The NETZ team is responsible for the partnership with local and national NGOs to facilitate rights to education for the children of the marginalised communities. The Programme Manager will be based at the NETZ Bangladesh Office in Dhaka and is reportable to the Team Leader, Inclusive Quality Education Team of NETZ.
∎ Major Role: The major role of the Programme Manager is to provide technical support and monitor partner NGOs in implementing education projects with quality and transparency. She also coordinates with the back-donors and keeps them and NETZ senior management updated on the projects as per plan.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with frequent field visits at least 100 working days in a year.

∎ The selected candidate will be provided with a consolidated salary of BDT 100,000 to 120,000 with other admissible benefits like provident fund, festival allowances etc.
