∎ Minimum Master’s degree in social science and any other relevant subjects, advance degree on climate change or development issues will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least seven years of working experience in any reputed national/ international NGOs in similar position. In case of extra-ordinary candidate, duration of experience may be flexible.
∎ Skills in project management
∎ Good knowledge of livelihood related challenges and potentials of the marginalised communities.
∎ Computer skills (Microsoft words, PowerPoint, Excel,);
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of general administration;
∎ Ability to plan and ensure optimum use of available resources.
∎ Highly self-motivated and passionate individual who wants to make an impact

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Role:The major role of the Programme Manager is to provide technical support and monitor partner NGOs in implementing climate-resilient livelihood projects with quality and transparency. She also coordinates with the back-donors and keeps them and NETZ senior management updated on the projects.
