∎ Master Degree in Commerce with 5 years' experience of working in NGO with NGOAB Registration.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Save the Children supported USAID`s MaMoni-MNCSP
∎ Palashipara Samaj Kallayan Samity(PSKS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to carry out activities at Upazila and District level.
∎ Collect all bill/ vouchers from Upazila/ District and ensure the preservation of those documents accurately to shift it to the Regional level.
∎ Ensure expenditure & cash, logistics supply with proper documentation at Upazila and District offices maintaining organization's policy and also SCI & USAID's policy/procedures.
∎ Maintain the store properly with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare monthly District expenditure report and submit to Region through District Manager.
∎ Act as team member of District/Upazilas of assigned District with the supervision of District Manager.
∎ Perform other approved duties requested by the District manager.
∎ Maintain good working relation with the MaMoni MNCSP team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Not more than 35 years. May be relaxed for candidates with higher experiences.
∎ Program facilitation, presentation skill and computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Must have experience of using Financial Software
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license.
∎ Commitment for working 3 years in the project
∎ If appointed, all eligible candidates are expected to have the determination to carry out their duties in accordance to our Child Safeguarding Policy, Gender Policy and Anti-harassment policy, along with other policies of the organization.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated salary: Tk. 30,000/month
