• Experience with health education and community outreach programs.

• Familiarity with HPV-related health issues and vaccination programs is an asset.

Position Overview:

The Program Supervisor for the HPV Project/other assigned projects at ideSHi (Institute for Developing Science and Health Initiatives) is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the HPV project. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project staff, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining high standards of project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support project staff, including researchers, field workers, and administrative personnel.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community groups.

• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and conferences.

• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Data Management and Analysis

• Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of project data.

• Ensure data quality and integrity.

• Use data insights to inform project decisions and strategies.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure project activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
