Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (Development Studies/International Relations/Political Science/Social Welfare/Economics or any other relevant subject) from any reputed national university or institutes.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Contractual for 02 Years.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular collection of documents and data from field level for preparing the project reports.
∎ Prepare the event and project reports as per guidelines of WARBE DF.
∎ Prepare concept papers, press release and articles for publishing in newspaper and web portal.
∎ Management and maintain the website of WARBE DF.
∎ Note taking at different programs like consultation, meetings, workshops and training programs.
∎ Regular communication with Parliamentarians for updating and reporting the Caucus activities.
∎ Develop and write different position papers, reports and articles for Parliamentarian Caucus.
∎ Coordinate different activities of Parliamentarian Caucus.
∎ Take responsibilities for different printing and publication activities of WARBE DF.
∎ Support monitoring and evaluation team of the project to document.
∎ Assisting for organizing national level events like seminars, workshops, consultations, meetings and campaigns etc.
∎ Any other works you are interested or prefer to perform and any other duties as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in reporting and monitoring field and at least one year experience in migration sector.
∎ Excellent verbal & written skills in English and Bengali
∎ Excellent knowledge on computer operating system
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Communication independently with Donor
∎ Willingness to stay at Field for program monitoring.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
Salary:
∎ 36000/- to 38,000/- as per experience.
