Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing
∎ Diploma in Paramedics from any reputed institution
∎ Job Location: Field Office (Shyamnagar, Mongla, Sarankhola, Sunamganj Sadar, Tahirpur, Rowmari, Chilmari, Gaibandha Sadar)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
NGO ( Health), NGO Development projects, public health
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide vitals checking & keep proper documentation of the vitals record.
∎ Ensure knowledge dissemination on hospitals, medical institutes and primary level health practices.
∎ Assist community members to access health support.
∎ Provide referral to empaneled hospitals.
∎ Work on community mobilizing.
∎ Disseminate key messages within the community under his/her responsibility through home-to home outreach and awareness-raising sessions.
∎ Submit monthly reports to the reporting authority.
∎ Operational management of activities.
∎ Identify vulnerable groups in the community as well as a positive role model and engage with support existing structure through community outreach and mobilization. Support community-led advocacy and access to services.

∎ Age 18 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
