∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Work experience in health projects with urban extreme poor, Work experience in health projects with pavement dwellers. Proven track records of working as paramedics.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ Supervise the SAJIDA Shashthya Bondhu and keep the updates about the project.
∎ Provide vitals checking & keep proper documentation of the vitals record.
∎ Ensure knowledge dissemination on health coverage package, empaneled hospitals and primary level health practices.
∎ Run the static clinics arranged under the project.
∎ Assist community members to access Telehealth support.
∎ Provide referral to empaneled hospitals.
∎ Screen, counsel and provide health, nutrition and family planning services including treatment of water borne diseases with prescription to the customer from satellite clinics.
∎ Ensure distribution of medicine, multi-nutrient powder (MNP) as per requirements in the community.
∎ Minimum authorization of health financing, cross checking the bills in the software, ensuring the billing transparency.
