Educational Requirements:
∎ Required: Graduate in health economics, biostatistics, development studies, sociology, anthropology, public health or relevant field.
∎ Preferred: Masters in such subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Required:
∎ Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience or Master's Degree and 1-2 years experience
∎ Experience in data collection, project monitoring, evaluation and learning for health-related projects.
∎ Demonstrated writing skill in English.
∎ Experience with USAID data management and annual/quarterly reporting requirements.
∎ Experience reviewing accuracy of technical documents to ensure accurate and appropriate analysis of data and findings.
∎ Demonstrated experience in project analytics with a focus on data for decision-making and using data for performance management.
∎ Demonstrated experience in assisting teams to rigorously document project results.
∎ Demonstrated experience in use of data management software such as DHIS 2, Excel (including Power Pivot), and MS Access.
∎ Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and tools (R, STATA, NVivo, etc)
∎ Experience in program planning and implementation.
∎ Supporting the technical leads in discharging their duties
∎ Preferred:
∎ Development and operationalization of a project MEL system
