Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Standard Operational Plan (SOP), monthly work plan, strategies and methodologies in accordance with project design and donor agreement
∎ Ensure engagement of the beneficiaries, community actors, local officials and other stakeholders in undertaking training, workshops, consultation meetings, etc.
∎ Perform filed work to ensure effective, efficient and timely implementation of project activities;
∎ Work closely with project team, and other project units for ensuring smooth coordination
∎ Provide necessary support to finance team adjusting advances with an aim to maintaining transparent accounting system.
∎ Smooth working relation with the donor, local leaders, NGOs, local government bodies and other stakeholders.
∎ Quality implementation of the project; gather information from the field facilitators/officers and supervise their activities;
∎ Responsible for gathering data from field sources and inform update on challenges, lesson learns and risk related to community engagement and resilience.
∎ Prepare field activity report as required line manager, M&E, and the organizational management
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 01 year in NGO/INGOs/ Development Project/Govt. Project, etc.
∎ Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge and familiarity with ICT applications
∎ Having mentality to stay in project areas (remote area)
∎ Willingness to work with under pressure and travel
∎ Local candidates will be given priority
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
