Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Community Development, Development Sector, NGO, RMG sector, Training, WASH Sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Screening at the community level among beneficiaries to ensure the WASH component and delivered efficiently that would bring a positive change to the lives of the beneficiaries.
∎ Organize and facilitate training for different beneficiaries and stakeholders in the field and factories.
∎ Assist to develop and implement training program including training schedule and module.
∎ Produce and maintain records of the beneficiaries as member of the team, work collaboratively with colleagues and referral.
∎ Sensitizing and mobilizing community about the project and participate in the project activity.
∎ Contribute to the process of implementation quality programs and accountability is conceptualized effectively.
∎ Report to the project manager on regular activity and intervention.
∎ Meet up the requirement of donor and other stakeholder’s visit.
∎ Any other tasks as per need or assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in donor funded project
∎ Experience in WASH project in RMG sector will get preference
∎ Valid driving license and motorcycle driving skill
Salary: Tk. 38000 - 42000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
