Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At most 40 years

• Candidate should possess a four years Graduation/Master Degree in any discipline

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing of pharmaceutical products or in implementing nutrition focused public health program.

• Experience may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

• Maximum 40 years’ age but may be relaxed for deserving candidates

• Good business sense, hardworking and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite.

• Must have a valid motorcycle driving license.

• The incumbents will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of SMC’s network of private sector health providers at the field level.

• They will implement field activities of Blue Star, Green Star, Pink Star and Rose Star programs through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.

• They will also coordinate various field-level program activities and collaborative programs with partners.

• They will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring the required logistics.

• They will visit Pink Star providers to distribute required logistics, IEC/BCC materials and collect monthly report.

• They will also coordinate with GoB, NGO officials and all other stakeholders for implementing program activities.

• They will ensure availability of MMS product through backup supply where applicable.
