Candidate should possess a four years Graduation/Master Degree in any discipline
1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing of pharmaceutical products or in implementing nutrition focused public health program.
Experience may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Maximum 40 years’ age but may be relaxed for deserving candidates
Good business sense, hardworking and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite.
Must have a valid motorcycle driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbents will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of SMC’s network of private sector health providers at the field level.
They will implement field activities of Blue Star, Green Star, Pink Star and Rose Star programs through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.
They will also coordinate various field-level program activities and collaborative programs with partners.
They will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring the required logistics.
They will visit Pink Star providers to distribute required logistics, IEC/BCC materials and collect monthly report.
They will also coordinate with GoB, NGO officials and all other stakeholders for implementing program activities.
They will ensure availability of MMS product through backup supply where applicable.
