Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in Social Science/ relevant discipline. Academic qualification may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project
∎ Ensure to implement project day to day activities as per plan with support of other project team members
∎ Ensure organizing different advocacy related events- seminar, workshops, training program etc.
∎ Organize and conduction of meeting and workshop with project stakeholders, GOs and internal project staffs
∎ Develop work plan in coordination with other team members and ensuring this plan will meet project activities
∎ Regular field visit and communicate with field based team members to ensure project activities are managed smoothly
∎ Communication and develop relationship with stakeholders, Trade Union, Owner's Association, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers and other departments
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative report regularly as per project needs
∎ Documentation and record keeping
∎ Organize & conduct training, workshop, orientation, day observations, events etc. according to the project requirement.
∎ Prepare periodic budget & requisitions and assist to prepare financial reports
∎ Maintain regular communication with Project Coordinator
∎ Ensure visibility of the project
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management
∎ Perform all activities in guidance with the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidate will be given preference.
∎ At least 2 years' experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOs
∎ Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Experience on working with RMG and Tannery industry workers and trade union will be given preference
∎ Ability to work with team and independently
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'.
Salary: Negotiable
