∎ Job Location: Savar/ Keraniganj, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper delivery of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project;
∎ Implement timely project activities with support of other project team members;
∎ Organize different advocacy related events- seminar, workshops, training program etc.
∎ Organize and conduct meetings and workshops with project stakeholders, Government Officials and internal project staff;
∎ Develop work plan in coordination with other team members and ensure proper and timely implementation of project activities;
∎ Undertake periodic field visits and communicate with field-based team members to ensure smooth implementation and manage of project activities;
∎ Coordination, communication and develop good working relationship with stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers, partners and other relevant departments;
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative report regularly as per project/organization needs;
∎ Maintain and updated documents and record keeping;
∎ Conduct training sessions according to the project requirement;
∎ Take initiative to promote the visibility of the project;
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management;
∎ Perform all activities in guidance with the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in same position in Development Organizations, preferably in NGOs
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Experience on working with Ready Made garments (RMG) and Tannery industry workers and trade union will be given preference
∎ Ability to work independently and with team
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Female candidate will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
