Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's in Education/ Anthropology/ Development Studies/ International Relations/ Sociology or any other Social Science related subject from any recognized university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Program Officer (mid-level program staff for quality primary education and child rights-based project implementation through partnership with local NGOs in the remotest & Marginalized area).
∎ Job Location - Dhaka, but extensive monthly field visit to the rural areas (including remote and marginalized areas in regular basis).
∎ Job Nature - Full time (after successfully completion of 3 months` probation periods).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Management through Partnership with local NGOs, like-Reviewing project documents, planning and Budgeting, Policy Making, Advocacy & Networking, Stakeholder's liaison, conducting need-based research and Supervision, Monitoring & Evaluation of the Project etc.
∎ Conducting training/workshop, event management and IEC materials development.
∎ Implementing in line with organization's mission, vision, values and principles.
∎ Cooperate with colleagues in related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience of mid-level position in NGOs, including 3 years in INGOs in the quality primary education & child rights related projects.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience on partnership & project management, project planning & implementation, advocacy, action research, communication & networking and supervision, monitoring & evaluation in quality primary education & child rights-based projects.
∎ Experience with supporting organizational capacity strengthening processes.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills both in Bangla and English maintaining the dateline.
∎ Strong planning, budgeting, supervisory and program management skills.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of primary education, child rights & advocacy issues and priorities.
∎ Strong ability on need-based action research, facilitation, presentation, networking skills.
∎ Creative and Analytical thinking, Team working spirit.
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and maintain positive attitude.
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, power point, Social Media operating, etc.
∎ This position is open for both male and female.
∎ Bangladeshi nationals.
Salary:
∎ From 65,000 to 75,000 Taka per month.
(Salary will be fixed up based on experience and other relevant skills)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other Service Benefits will pay as per organizational policy, like-PF, Gratuity, two times performance Bonus, yearly salary increment, Privilege Leave Encashment, two days weekly holidays, Group Life Insurance etc.
