Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in social science or any related discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class and at least one 1st Class/Division;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years plus working experience in project/programme implementation in development/NGO sector and highly competent in rapport building with multi-stakeholders, writing reports, conduction/facilitating workshop, trainings and meetings. Computer skills MS Office, internet and commitment are prerequisites for the position;
∎ The incumbent also have strong competency in English, land rights/issues and sensitivity towards gender, indigenous peoples and other marginalized communities;
∎ This position is based in Dhaka but with regular travel to project's areas. Monthly field visit is required 7-10 days.

Salary:
∎ We offer an enabling and supportive work environment; competitive compensation and total benefit package between Tk. 60,000 to Tk. 65,000 per month depending on experience and qualification.
