Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters, preferably in Social Science, Development Studies, Public Health or equivalent with 12 years working experience including 5 years in health sector and 8 years in management position in NGO with NOAB Registration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Palashipara Samaj Kallan Samity (PSKS), Gangni, Meherpur.
∎ Name of Position: Program Manager
∎ (Save the Children supported - Songzog)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management and program implementation of Songzog in the working area consisting of 2 upazilas of Madaripur district.
∎ Supervise field level activities to review and ensure that all staffs are working according to Songzog work plan and their job description.
∎ Attend quarterly /Monthly review meeting and will provide feedback for smooth implementation of the program activities in the districts.
∎ Responsible to ensure all compliance and reporting as per program proposal and in time.
∎ Position will be supervised by Director (Program) of his organization and guided by Manager-Songzog, SCI.
∎ Adopt innovation in planning and implementation specially for service delivery
∎ Review implementation & BV analysis monthly and quarterly
∎ Adopt and share different guideline/strategic document approved by GoB and SCI
∎ Submit all necessary report to SCI in consultation with Director (Program) of PSKS.
∎ Communicate with PSKS authority and SCI Songzog team.
∎ Communicate with concerned govt. officials under guidance of by Manager-Songzog, SCI.
∎ Provide guidance and feedback to District Coordinator in day-to-day project activity implementation, staff management and financial transactions.
∎ Check all kinds' financial bills and approve them.
∎ Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability.
∎ Check in all kinds of financial transactions done by all the project staffs and ensure accountability and transparency in all kinds of expenditure.
∎ Prepare reports and send to PSKS and SCI.
∎ Ensure all reporting requirements (both qualitative and quantitative) from districts
∎ Compile and see the progress of comparative analysis of indicators against target and take necessary steps based on the findings
∎ Review of reported data in districts by DQA
∎ Share the progress and challenges with DGFP, DGHS and SCI managers; plan and follow up to address the challenges
∎ Lead to arrange data driven progress review at districts and regions
∎ Send monthly and quarterly progress report for each district against set targets of performance indicators
∎ Coordinate with district team regarding field data collection of need-based learning studies
∎ Participate and involve in learning initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age: Not more than 40 years. May be relaxed for candidates with higher experiences.
∎ Program facilitation, presentation skill and computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Ability to write reports and communication in English.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team.
∎ Commitment for working 3 years in the project

Salary:
∎ Consolidated salary: Tk. 127,000 with other admissible benefits
