Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject of Social Sciences, English, and Development studies any recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' practical experience of project management from any leading child protection, adolescent empowerment, capacity building and emergency project funded by any donor (s). She/he must have experience of developing plan of operation and project management and implementation especially in Rohingya response.
∎ Skills & Knowledge: The candidate should have knowledge on implementing donor funded project, technical and vocational education program for youth and adolescent. Candidate must have report writing and communication skills in English and Bangla as well as computer proficiency in MS Office (MS word, MS Excel and Power Point).

Salary:
∎ BDT 85,000/- per month (consolidated). Mobile and internet support will be entitled.
