Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate partnership assessment and manage contracts with implementing partners and their staff at different levels to ensure their deliverables
∎ Support programme team members in completing different projects along with the responsibility of coordination and schedule execution of the activities.
∎ Manage Practical Action’s Project Award and Management System for internal tracking of projects.
∎ Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements as well as track project expenditure in line with respective budget.
∎ Track project performance across different criteria.
∎ Prepare reports to meet the donor compliances and organisational need.
∎ Conduct regular follow up and monitoring of the activities to track the progress by ensuring quality.
∎ Assist in implementing project activities according to the work plan with understanding of the project activities and facilitate the partner organisations for implementing the activities.
∎ Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project on a regular basis, help programme management team with resolving complex issues arising in a project.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 48000 (Monthly)
