Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare fund requisition on quarterly basis, FACE pre approval and Reimbursement for donor.
∎ Maintain all accounting books and records.
∎ Provide admin support in time.
∎ Prepare a financial report on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and posting of all transactions in the report template.
∎ Face internal and external audits.
∎ Maintain liaison with the Dhaka office for financial matter in timely.
∎ Salary and financial transaction related tasks.
∎ Any task assigned by Project Manager in relation with accounts of IFM-FFS project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master degree in accounting/finance at least 4 years’ experience to work for international organization/donor funded project.
∎ Prepare budget, petty cash, day to day transaction, advance for smoothly conduct of field activities within time frame.
∎ Logistics and administrative support such as office rent, office furniture & assets management, vehicle maintainance etc.
∎ Ability to work and lead a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines;
∎ Fluency in English language, writing and proficiency in computer application.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
Salary: Tk. 49000 (Monthly)
