Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective implementation of the Drop-In-Centers and ensure compliance of GF, SCI and Light House polices and guidelines.
∎ Ensure high quality service delivery from the Drop-In-Centers
∎ Supervise the drop-in-center coordinators and undertake on the job training for enhancing their capacity
∎ Pay frequent visit at drop-in-center and at outreach, monitor activities, provide feedback and document properly
∎ Ensure post monitoring visit follow up to see the progress of the improvement and document as well
∎ Share the red flag issues with the TC-Program and Team Leader immediately right after the visit and ensure management letter as needed
∎ Review drop-in-center based bills/vouchers, monitor their expenses and support/guide as necessary
∎ Make sure the proper documentation of visit report and management response at project office level
∎ Guide DIC and outreach team for social/contact mapping, and monitor its process and records keeping
∎ Ensure that peer education training including the program events are taking place as per the quarterly approved plan and budget.
∎ Provide TA to DIC team for strengthening community system, referral services, ART enrollment, reducing lost to follow up cases, and addressing & mitigating GBV issues, etc.
∎ Ensure support/TA for proper record keeping, CIS, PSM, and program event management, etc.
∎ Ensure continuous assessment of DIC franchising component and support for maintaining quality franchising/branding as per the guideline
∎ Identify the need of the DICs and address in discussion with the line management
∎ Monitor and analyze the monthly progress of the drop-in-centers and provide TA in achieving the planned results
∎ Review drop-in-center's report and submit the final version to TC-Program
∎ Ensure all programmatic reports in coordination with other colleagues and report to Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3 years of professional experience in the arena of Health/ HIV/ SRH is required.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
