Position Overview We are seeking an elite, highly skilled Professional Video Game Player to represent our organization . The ideal candidate possesses top-tier in-game mechanics, deep strategic understanding, and the ability to perform under high pressure in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Rigorous Training: Participate in daily team scrims (scrimmages), mechanical practice, strategy sessions, and solo queue training to maintain elite performance.
VOD Analysis & Strategy: Review match footage (VODs) to analyze individual/team mistakes, study opponent playstyles, and adapt to meta changes and game patches.
Communication & Teamwork: Maintain clear, concise in-game communication (shot-calling, callouts) and work constructively with coaches, analysts, and teammates.
Brand Representation: Represent sponsors and the organization professionally across social media, live streams, and public appearances or media interviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
Top-Tier Rank: Proven track record at the highest level of competitive play (e.g., Top 50 Challenger, Radiant, Global Elite, or equivalent in the target title).
Competitive Experience: Prior experience in amateur/semipro leagues, high-level tournaments, or previous professional esports rosters.
Game Knowledge: Exceptional mechanical skill, spatial awareness, reaction time, and deep operational understanding of game mechanics and current meats.
Physical & Mental Resilience: Ability to maintain focus during long training days and high-stress live events; strong work ethic and adaptability.
Professionalism: Strong sportsmanship, coachability, and willingness to accept constructive feedback from management and coaching staff.
