Responsibilities & Context
Communicate with corporate clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Receive and respond to client inquiries regarding IT products, pricing, availability, and services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales proposals.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, Accounts, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
Maintain updated client databases and communication records.
Handle client complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Identify potential business opportunities and support new client acquisition.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client communication reports.
