∎ Experience
∎ • Minimum 3 year of video editing and post-production experience in advertising agencies, film production Houses
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following software area(s): Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Creative Suite, lightworks or similar & update tools.

∎ • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
∎ • Proven experience in video editing and animation, preferably in a creative/advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
∎ • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
∎ • Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work creatively within project constraints and deliver high-quality content.
∎ • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
∎ • Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and video output formats
∎ • Proven experience in video recording, scripting, directing, and lighting would be a plus
∎ • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery by meeting deadlines collaboratively and independently
∎ • You possess sound technical knowledge of professional lighting and photography equipment
∎ • You possess good color grading sense and skills and are able to tell a story through editing
∎ • Experience in sound design. Ability to work with multi-track split audio & Talent for sound design
∎ • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual storytelling techniques.
∎ • Good understanding and expertise of audio capture and screen-recording quality optimizations using tools like OBS, particularly noise removal, suppression and noise-gate settings, plus the post-processing noise removal and voice quality improvements in Premiere.
∎ • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design and video production.
∎ • Must have knowledge about camera, shot, shot angle, lights.• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions.
∎ • Work closely with other team members to develop concepts, storylines, and overall video production strategy.
∎ • Analyzing and following a script, screenplay or outline when performing edits
∎ • Cut, splice, and synchronize video and audio clips, apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections.
∎ •Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
∎ • Working closely with Directors to present a final product that matches their vision
∎ •Adding graphics to enhance footage
∎ •Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
∎ •Understanding video editing techniques like splicing, sound balancing, color correction, color grading, trimming, adding transitions, and applying visual effects to enhance video quality
∎ •Review the script to better understand the video production requirements
∎ •Editing raw footage content and cutting video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively
∎ •Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommend changes as required
∎ •Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow
∎ •Collaborating with creative teams and clients to understand video project requirements
∎ •Staying updated with industry trends and editing techniques
∎ • Optimizing video content for different platforms and audience preferences
∎ •Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
∎ •Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ •Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
∎ •Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Compensation & Other Benefits
∎ • T/A, Performance bonus, Credit card
∎ • Salary: 35,000/- to 45,000/-
∎ • Salary Review: Yearly
∎ • Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
