Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineer, major in Fabric Manufacturing Technology from BUTex / AUST
∎ Candidates must be mention major subject in CV
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques;
∎ Execute production efficiency & monitor the M/Cs performance;
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with supervisor in every new order;
∎ Create & update department work instructions & reports on a regular basis;
∎ Assigned manpower to meet aggressive production schedule;
∎ Ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program;
∎ Implement ideas for improvement by using lean tools;
∎ Find out subcontract program from outside to utilize machines;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply;
∎ At least 2 years of experience in relevant field for Production Officer from any large knitting industry;
∎ Freshers are are also invited to apply for Asst. Production Officer;
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented;
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory;
