Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Dept. for overall activities & outcome of the assigned account with absolute integrity & sincerity.
∎ Designs plan for PO/Style wise lingerie production as per shipment schedule.
∎ Prepare weekly production plan and implement to meet the shipment date.
∎ Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in house within the time frame.
∎ Handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Follow up hourly Production & Efficiency% during style changeover with control line WIP
∎ Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization
∎ Implement & maintain the 6S audit in regularly.
∎ Develop the skill of sewing operator & helper in production floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, energetic, self-motivated, independent and result oriented
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
∎ Prepare MIS report and submit to the Management
∎ Well conversation in MS-Office.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory.
