∎ BSc in Textile Engineering any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controls floor management and manpower distribution for maximum production and quality
∎ Ensures maximum production with maximum efficiency
∎ Schedules deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage handling facilities & maintenance requirements
∎ Estimates machine requirements, working hour, working day, fabric category, target unit and manpower
∎ Reviews plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to complete the goods on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate others
∎ Ability to coordinate with all concerned departments
∎ Ability to work as a team even under stress
∎ Must have knowledge about ERP software
