Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order status monitoring & responsible for achieving production Building relationship with merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment. Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.
∎ Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when any issues arise. Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
