Education:
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Economics
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Management
  • Master’s degree in Economics and Management with diploma in Scientific stream (an internationally recognized qualification will be preferred).

  • Computer proficiency and effective communication skill fluent both in written and spoken in English language (French is preferable) are essential for the above position.

  • At least 07 years experience of RGM sectors.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) liaisonning, Apparel, RMG Sectors etc.

  • Relevant educational degree and speciality Industrial modeling.

  • Sweater, Tee Shirt, Fleece, Circular Knit : Boy, Tweens boy, Tweens Girl.

  • Construction of the sourcing strategy for the season.

  • Monitoring and reporting of suppliers’ performance (scorecard, risk management, business review,volume projections, deliveries.

  • Good working knowledge in 2D, 3D and manual pattern making.

  • Ten (07) years experience of liaisonning, RMG Sectors within the garment industry (brand & manufacturer).

  • Skills Required: 2D (Auto CAD), 3D CAD Pattern making.

  • Computer proficiency and effective communication skill fluent both in written and spoken in English language with Frence is preferable are essential for the above position.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

To lead the liaison office and overseas customers. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the globaliz market. Oversee all aspects of operations, finance & administration. Analyze market trends and competitions to identify and mitigate risks. Monitoring business performance at all levels and scheduling training as required for the fellow staff. Implementments an effective brand`s strategy and ensuring consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with head office in all respect including sending monthly/ quarterly/annual reports. Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.

  • Leading teams of human resources in quality assurance management, technical product development and cross functional operational experience in apparel trade.

  • Advance knowledge of quality management systems, defining requirements and set guidelines and controlling.

  • Supply chain management and functional controls including offshore materials and finished goods.

  • Advance knowledge in manufacturing process, cost engineering, trade regulations, product testing protocol, product life cycles and calendar management.

  • Knowledge and vigilance of socioeconomic trends & political trends, market conditions that may influence on sourcing operation.

  • Leadership and entrepreneurial ownership role as country office leader to handle business sustainability and growth.

  • Working closely with the AQC/TSQA/TSQC on Brand requirements and changes required there on productions and etc.

  • Providing technical advice (sewing techniques, critical quality points etc.) to relevant staff/staffs and resolving critical day to day operational and technical issues in coordination with the production teams to facilitate the smooth transition of the production process.

  • Visiting suppliers in a planning mannar possible and help sample room manager to deliver the samples meeting deadlines.

  • In every week get update from merchandising teams & quality teams for about every order and to guid them and to ensure every order is delivered in timlely manner.

  • Work closely with QC’s to ensure quality of products as per apecification of buyer/buyers.

Management Information:

  • Ensuring that all relevant information is maintained accurately, and all required management reports and documentation are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Negotiate price/MOQ/leadtime/quality/CSR accoudding to strategy.

  • Ensure the following reports are produced on a monthly basis. Sample hit rate.



Job Other Benifits:
    • The selected candidate shall receive monthly remuneration : Basic Salary: EUR 2,000/-., House allowance: EUR 600/-., Conveyance allowance: Free transport facility., Other facilities: Subject to company policy and negotiations.
