Experience:

• Master`s or Bachelor`s degree in Clothing Technology, or

• B.Sc. in Textile Technology.

Experience:

• 5+ years in the related field, particularly in handling high SMV (Standard Minute Value) garments.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge in sewing layout, line balancing, and high efficiency in high SMV garments.

• Expertise in managing small-quantity QCO (Quick Changeover) with minimal efficiency losses.

• Ability to lead a workforce of 500 people and manage daily production issues.

• Proven capability in upgrading operator skills as per new product requirements.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications.

Leadership:

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation, problem-solving, and achieving business objectives.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager with expertise in managing complex production lines and ensuring quality and efficiency for global safety wear products.

• Location: Cumilla Export Processing Zone, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee production and quality activities, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Daily follow-up on production efficiency and target achievement according to buyer standards.

• Plan and ensure on-time shipments.

• Collaborate with IE (Industrial Engineering) team to improve low-efficiency lines and workers.

• Implement new technologies and modern techniques for continuous productivity improvement.

• Ensure the availability of required raw materials, trims, and accessories for smooth production.

• Work towards achieving company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Desired Attributes:

• Experience in workwear garments with an Industrial Engineering background.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality control processes.

• The ability to manage pressure, motivate teams, and lead improvements in manufacturing processes.

• Smart, energetic, proactive, and career-oriented individuals preferred.
