∎ Graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to run automatic carton factory laving capacity 100000 pecs per day
∎ The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and other peer managers
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed
∎ Monitoring product standards and implement quality-control programmers
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
∎ Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
∎ Supervising and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
∎ Determining the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent knowledge in production and quality ensuring for automatic carton
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills
∎ Pleasant, professional, mature and committed
∎ Highest degree of integrity and honesty
∎ Committed, responsive and be able to work under pressure
