Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower, and resources to achieve targets.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Supervise production staff and provide training, guidance, and motivation.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of production employees.
- Coordinate with QA, HR, Maintenance, and other departments for production support.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and submit to management.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance guidelines are strictly followed.
