  • Strong expertise in high SMV garments, particularly workwear jackets, trousers and polo Shirt.     

  • Demonstrated success in managing large production teams and consistently achieving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets.

  • Proficient in sewing layouts, line balancing, quick changeover (QCO), and overall production efficiency management. 

  • Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and coordination with Quality Control teams.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for production tracking, reporting, and analysis.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, drive performance, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to motivate large teams and resolve production floor challenges efficiently.



Responsibilities & Context:

  • Oversee and manage all production operations, ensuring processes comply with quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

  • Lead and motivate production team to achieve daily production targets, efficiency benchmarks, and cut-to-ship ratios.

  • Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to optimize low-efficiency lines and improve overall productivity.

  • Plan and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely availability of materials (fabric, trims, accessories) for uninterrupted operations.

  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, new technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends, address bottlenecks, and support strategic production planning.

  • Conduct operator training programs to improve skills and adapt workforce capabilities to new product requirements.

  • Troubleshoot production, sewing, and finishing issues and implement timely corrective actions.

  • Provide guidance and support to Supervisors and line staff to maximize output and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager and other departments to maintain product integrity and adherence to buyer standards.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the production floor.

  • Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
