∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, s.Oliver, H & M & Toray
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire workers team and staff
∎ Self-motivated and responsible
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory will be given preference
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
