Role Overview
We are in search of a meticulous Product Specialist to join our energetic team at Rainstone Money. This is an important role for a go-getter who performs best in understanding lending products, structuring deals, and finding the right solution to client needs in a fluid financial landscape. As a Product Specialist, you will be a lender appetite and criteria expert, having a key influence on our internal knowledge set and deal success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of lender criteria, product news, and appetite in the non-regulated lending market.
- Product Knowledge: Interpret and understand diverse lender products, deal types, and rate differentiation.
- Client Needs: Analyze client portfolios and transactions to identify suitable lenders and calculate maximum borrowing capacity.
- Database Management: Maintain and update internal lender spreadsheets for accuracy and efficiency.
- Internal Support: Provide insights and updates to the wider team, ensuring Business Development Managers (BDMs) and broker assistants have the latest product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with BDMs to provide client solutions with strong technical and product knowledge.
