∎ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
∎ Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for product performance evaluation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for specialized health journey digital products.
∎ Own UX/UI, App/Web development and Business Analytics of the overall product.
∎ Support cross functional teams like Tech, Operation etc.
∎ Work on Pricing, partnership, and payment integration.
∎ Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, user feedback, and business objectives.
∎ Work closely with design and development teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate project status, and address concerns.
∎ Define and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource constraints.
∎ Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to drive product development efforts.
∎ Monitor product performance, conduct user testing, and gather insights to inform product optimization and iteration.
∎ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.
∎ Act as a subject matter expert for specialized health needs, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
