Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop marketing plan of assigned products and prepare annual sales & expense budget.
∎ Identify business development opportunities through evaluation and analysis.
∎ Identify new business potential and ensure effective launching of time demanded new molecules in the market.
∎ Design and develop promotional tools (detailing aid) and packaging materials for effective promotion of assigned products.
∎ Keep latest information of different blockbuster and new pharmaceutical molecules and evaluate competitors’ activities & formulate counter strategies for the same.
∎ Develop professional relationship with customers and provide them updated information.
∎ Arrange and participate in different doctors group meetings/scientific seminars.
∎ Conduct effective training to the field forces on product promotion.
∎ Prepare necessary papers required by the Drug administration.
∎ Visit doctors/chemists to get their feedback and to evaluate & improve performance of field forces particularly regarding product knowledge.
∎ Ensure proper coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure development of the detailing skill and product knowledge of the field forces and manage monthly samples and printed materials for field forces.
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor/analyze national/regional sales and formulate/ensure implementation of monthly action plan for field forces.
