Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare realistic sales forecasts and relevant financial reports.
∎ Analyze market demand, price, customer insights and competitor products.
∎ Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
∎ Monitor showroom, retail sales and product delivery.
∎ Arrange promotional activities and ensure product display.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep updated with customer trends, as well as try to predict future trends and work with all departments for execution.
∎ Assist with product development, pricing and new product launch as well as develop new business opportunities.
∎ Maintain slow-moving product, product matrix and existing stock.
∎ Monitor and share product knowledge with the sales & marketing team.
∎ Set sales target, identify aging products & keep up to date with product & competitors.
∎ Execute other official tasks assigned by HOD and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 04 years working experience on Fan & Cable products.
∎ Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills
∎ Hard working, sincere, punctual and result oriented
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS Office
