Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess individual and group training needs
∎ Maintain individual and group training records
∎ Plan, prepare, and research lessons
∎ Organize and promote topics
∎ Develop and deliver programs of learning activities
∎ Prepare teaching materials
∎ Instruct users on an individual or group basis
∎ Taking assessment
∎ Apply new technologies to deliver training and improve the learning experience for users
∎ Keep personal product skills and knowledge up to date
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and develop product ideas
∎ Collaborate with designers and engineers to execute concepts
∎ Create spec sheets to communicate product requirements
∎ Suggest changes to current product lines to improve business process
