Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep keen eyes on Fashion trend forecasting.
∎ Analyzing the trend in fabric, color, and shape & converting it into ready to wear product.
∎ Ability to draw sketch in software & freehand.
∎ Interpretation of brands mood board into required product.
∎ Prepare seasonal collection plan.
∎ Receive development inquiry, critical analysis & find out required information flow, getting back to the custom if necessary.
∎ Prepare program file with all information & share with sample department.
∎ Meeting with sample department to discuss about all technical issues, workmanship & limitations.
∎ Fabrics & trims booking & sourcing as per TNA.
∎ Pattern & fit review with technical team, overseas designer & buyer.
∎ Embellishment & treatment development & trial.
∎ Ensure all raw material on time before proceed final sample.
∎ Proceed final sample based on fit comments.
∎ Proper monitoring in sampling to ensure right product on time.
∎ Prepare a product presentation before send it to the customer.
∎ Update customer to ensure about sample dispatch with presentation.
∎ Keep in touch with buyer about sample receive & feedback.
∎ Maintain proper archive of all counter sample.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team with all necessary information of the sample.
∎ Arrange risk assessment meeting with all technical department related with development, marketing & production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS office and e-mail operations.
∎ Creative, self-initiative, independent and good market and fashion sense.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
