  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.

SBAC Bank PLC is looking for experienced professionals in the following position-

Job Title: Product and Process Development Officer for Retail Distribution   

Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Executive Officer.     

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design, develop, and enhance banking products and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new banking products and service offerings aligned with business strategy
  • Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, and operations for smooth product rollout
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor product performance and process effectiveness, recommending improvements
  • Prepare detailed documentation, process manuals, and SOPs for new and revised products
  • Support training and awareness programs for staff on new products and processes
