Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business Studies / Commerce or any relevant discipline (Professional Degree / PGDSCM in Supply may add value) or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Context:
∎ Implementation of WASH Services for the Rohingya Refugees Living in Camp in Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until September 30, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a Comparative Statement of quotations (comparing prices, specifications) to determine the best bid among potential suppliers for evaluation by the Procurement Committee.
∎ Prepare procurement plan and update the vendor profile.
∎ Receive the material from suppliers as per challans and distribute the received goods to the programme team.
∎ Handover the signed copies of the receiving challans to the concerned departments
∎ Ensure delivery of the goods to the storekeeper as per the challans.
∎ Maintain communication with external stakeholders such as suppliers, courier services, transportation vendors, etc.
∎ Assist to Accounts cum Procurement team for the purpose order/work order upon ensuring all documents such as PR, RFQ, CBA, PO, GRN, Note for Record and others necessary documents and share the procurement committee for their approval.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, register, and price lists.
∎ Collect information from different markets, verify markets and pass the correct information to project teams to ensure the best goods with the approved amount.
∎ Regular update PO tracker, check the tracker on PO end date; prepare extension if any PO/work order date has to expire and prepare necessary justification note for this purpose.
∎ Ensure all kinds of logistics in due time to support project team.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working in Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Response Program.
∎ Work experience in Cox's bazar preferable.
∎ Strong conceptual knowledge on supply chain and procurement management areas in NGO/ Development sector.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, respect to diversity, flexibility, and adaptability.
∎ Ability to communicate with people in local language (Cox's Bazaar).
∎ Medium in English (written / verbal)
∎ Ability to work within a team.
∎ Attitude to work flexible hours if required.
∎ Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 46200 (Monthly)
